House Eutuxia Petali

EUTUXIA HOUSE is a typical Sifnian two-story house of 140 sq.m. It is located in the settlement of Ano Petali and the access to the house is made from a traditional alley with stairs. It is built according to the Cycladic architecture. It was recently renovated in order to provide all modern amenities to its guests. We kept all the special elements of its construction and especially all the old furniture - antiques (traditional island style) that existed in the house, which were restored and re-placed in their place. The house has an internal staircase and an external one that connects the two floors. It is suitable to accommodate a family or a group of 6 people. The ground floor consists of a living room - living room where all its furniture is antique traditional island style. Typical are the showcases with old porcelain and various ornaments that were common in the decoration of households many decades ago. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double iron bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and stands out for its purely island style. Impressions are caused by the duffel cabinets and its cellars, which are found only in the old Cycladic houses. We provide raw materials such as coffee, sugar, tea, water, soft drinks and wine for the welcome. The bathroom is renovated has a bathtub, washing machine and hair dryer. The ground floor also has a small courtyard. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, each with its own living room, which communicates with an internal door. All 2 bedrooms have double iron bed and furniture in island style.
